Digital simulation programme to optimise the performance of your fishing gear
Because we work closely with the end-users of our products we are able to adapt the design of our fishing gear. To help this constant evolution, our R&D team use powerful software programmes : our own digital simulation programme for tuna purse seines, « Planchal » and the « Dynamit » software for trawl digital simulation.
This computer technology allows us to study the behaviour of the nets in various fishing conditions before they are made. In this way the design can be optimised and the gear is manufactured according to the type of fishing and the particular needs of the end-user.
